Security deposit (deposit)


 To secure your stay, a security deposit of €2,000 (two thousand euros) is required, in case of damage to the property or its contents.

It will be required on the start date of the stay, by check or cash. The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant within 72 hours of the end date of the stay, except in the event of damage, theft or loss of any kind. If applicable, the Tenant will be liable for the amount of repairs or replacement upon presentation of an estimate or invoice, within 15 calendar days from the date the Service Provider sent said estimate or invoice. Upon receipt of this payment, the Service Provider will return the security deposit. Otherwise, the security deposit will be permanently retained by the Service Provider.

 Validation of this deposit is mandatory to access the accommodation.

 In the absence of a validated security deposit, access to the accommodation may be refused.


Cancellation Policy


Unforeseen circumstances can occur. Here are the cancellation conditions applicable to any reservation made through our website:

 Cancellation at the initiative of travelers


- Any cancellation must be notified in writing.

- Cancellation more than 31 days before arrival: You will be reimbursed 100% of the amount paid.

For stays between July 1st and August 31st, as well as from June 2nd to June 10th, this period is extended to more than 61 days before arrival.

- Cancellation less than 31 days before the scheduled arrival, the rental amount is not refundable.

For stays between July 1st and August 31st, as well as from June 2nd to June 10th, this condition applies to any cancellation made less than 61 days before arrival.

Any bank charges remain the responsibility of the traveler.


If you need to cancel the booking, the owner will do their best to re-let the property and, if successful, the owner will refund the rental payment in full, less any expenses or losses incurred.


If for any reason you leave the property before the departure date, no refund will be given.


We strongly advise you to take out appropriate and comprehensive travel insurance to fully cover the party's medical and personal expenses, personal effects, public liability and cancellation cover, etc., as these will not be covered by the owner's insurance.


Cancellation at the initiative of La Sauvagère


In the event of cancellation on our part (exceptional circumstances beyond our control), we will inform you as soon as possible and undertake to fully reimburse the sums paid.

Our liability in the event of cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.


Reservation modification: Do you want to change your dates or the duration of your stay?


Contact us as soon as possible and at least 15 days before your arrival: we will do our best to find a solution where possible.
