Accommodating up to 13 guests, this stunning residence unfolds over four levels and offers more than 300 m² of elegant living space, beautifully arranged across a dozen refined rooms.

- Ground Floor: A spectacular entrance hall bathed in natural light welcomes you, featuring a guest cloakroom. It opens onto a vast double reception area composed of a living room and dining room with a fireplace, as well as a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. A charming boudoir area and a shower room complete this level.

- Garden Level: A yoga room with panoramic sea views opens through large bay windows onto the garden. This level also includes a fully equipped home cinema, a “back from the beach” bathroom with changing area, and a laundry room.

- First Floor: Three sea-view suites, each with its own private bathroom and toilet. The landing also leads to a study area and a walk-in closet.

- Top Floor: Three additional bedrooms (two doubles with king-size beds and one with three single beds) overlook the sea and share two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

A delicate blend of styles defines the villa’s atmosphere: 1960s Scandinavian furniture meets Art Deco architecture, creating a timeless and sophisticated aesthetic.

At its heart, a two-level entrance hall, illuminated by a wall of glass bricks, brings in soft, natural light throughout the day.

Surrounding the villa, a landscaped park of one hectare is dotted with stone pines and majestic cedars, with 3,000 m² of cliffs gracefully overlooking the beach.

This wild yet carefully curated garden is full of enchanting details: stone stairways, a hidden open-air stone theatre inviting quiet reflection, and secret paths perfect for wandering, all within an atmosphere of authenticity and serenity.

The architecture of the villa was designed to capture every nuance of the landscape: the sea reveals itself in every room, a living canvas in perpetual motion. Thanks to the distance from the few neighboring homes, the property offers complete privacy, in perfect harmony with nature.
